Summary

Theodore William Vasche, 40, a seaman from Philadelphia aboard a vessel docked in the city, was killed when falling down the stairs in the Poché Theater. The doorman of the theater, 23 year old Richard J. Grider, told policy that he lost his balance at the head of the stairs and fell to the first floor.
